Bruce Conybeare

Realtor, Business Partner and Team Leader of The Elizabeth Brien Team

Elizabeth and I have been business partners since 2002. Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a Buyer’s agent, counseled Sellers, worked with all clients on shepherding transactions through closing, including anticipating, resolving and drafting documents for hurdles that arise, and shared leadership of the Brien Team with Elizabeth.

Now that our Team has grown and matured, my primary focus has shifted to a leadership role. I continue to shepherd transactions to close, and actively educate, counsel and assist our Team of agents and administrative staff.

Prior to becoming Elizabeth's business partner, I practiced real estate law for nearly 20 years after receiving a BA from the University of Michigan and law degree from the University of Detroit.

Elizabeth and I married in 2001 and together have 4 adult children and 1 grandchild.


Peggy Carroll

Listing & Buyer Specialist with the Elizabeth Brien Team since 2004

I have lived in Ann Arbor since 1987 and received a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA in marketing from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.  After working in Development at the Ross School for 25 years, I began a real estate career with the Elizabeth Brien Team.

My husband Dennis and I bought and sold properties in Ann Arbor from 1997 through 2008 as part of our investment property business.  I am currently a Director of the Port Sutton Condominium Association in Suttons Bay. 


Nancy Arnold

Buyer’s Specialist with the Elizabeth Brien Team

I came to the Ann Arbor area in 1997 and possess a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and have spent 20 years in the health and fitness field.

I was employed as the Athletic Trainer at both Ann Arbor Pioneer High School and Canton High School and as a Personal Trainer at a Liberty Athletic Club. I met Elizabeth Brien at Liberty and after many conversations about real estate and a real estate career I joined her team.

My steadfast dedication, knowledge and attention to detail allow me to deliver excellent customer service to my clients.

My husband Jim and I have been married for 17 years.


Rachel Howard

Licensed Office Manager with the Elizabeth Brien Team since 2012

I am a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I received my real estate license in 2017 to utilize and further my skills with the team. My husband Marcel and I have been married since 2012 and welcomed our son, Mason, in 2014 and our second son, Hayden, in 2020
